By accessing or using BEEBAN, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable Qatar laws and regulations, including but not limited to Qatar’s E-Commerce Law and Data Privacy Regulations. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use BEEBAN.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using BEEBAN, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in Qatar.
• You have the legal authority to post property listings or act on behalf of an agency.
• You will comply with Qatari laws, including Cybercrime Prevention Law and Advertising Standards.

Failure to comply may result in termination of your access to the platform.

3. Services Provided

BEEBAN provides the following:

• A digital platform for real estate agents to post property listings free of charge.
• A user-friendly interface for the public to browse available properties.
• Promotion of listings to maximize exposure.

While BEEBAN ensures a reliable platform, we do not guarantee property availability, pricing accuracy, or agent performance. Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings under Qatari law.

4. User Responsibilities

To ensure compliance with Qatari laws:

Accurate Listings: Agents must provide truthful property details (size, price, location, etc.). Misrepresentation is punishable under Qatar's Consumer Protection Law.

Local Regulations: All properties posted must adhere to real estate laws, including those by Qatar's Ministry of Municipality.

No Misleading Content: False advertising, including photos that do not match reality, is strictly prohibited.

Appropriate Behavior: Refrain from posting offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content as per Cybercrime Law.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By submitting content to BEEBAN, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote this content for platform purposes and other platforms.

BEEBAN reserves the right to remove or modify content that violates these Terms or Qatari laws.

BEEBAN reserves the right to remove or modify content that does not match BEEBAN Standards.

BEEBAN will take legal action where necessary to ensure compliance with local regulations.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, defamatory, or misleading property advertisements.
• Violate Qatar’s Cybercrime Prevention Law by attempting to manipulate or harm BEEBAN's website or app.
• Upload malicious software, spam, or harmful links.
• Misrepresent yourself or act without legal authorization.
• Engage in fraudulent or unethical practices that breach Qatari legal or business standards.

BEEBAN reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

BEEBAN operates as a platform provider only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of listings posted by real estate agents.

We are not responsible for disputes arising between agents and users.

To the extent permitted by Qatari law, BEEBAN will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims related to platform usage.

8. Data Privacy and Security

BEEBAN complies with Qatar’s Data Privacy Law to protect user information.

User data, including personal and property details, will be stored securely.

We do not sell or share personal data without explicit consent, except when required by law.

Users agree to BEEBAN's Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Modifications

BEEBAN may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, laws, or user feedback.

Updates will be published on the platform with a revised effective date.

Continued usage of BEEBAN after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising from the use of BEEBAN will be settled in the courts of Qatar.
